There is no scheduled commercial service at Sedona Airport. Sedona is a town of 10,000 residents, and the local airport is a small one. This limits the size and type of aircraft that can physically make it in and out of Sedona.
Most people who visit Sedona from a great distance will fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor, one of the larger airports in the United States. After that, a rental car, or shuttle service and 2 - 2-1/2 hours gets you to Sedona or the surrounding communities.
Some people will fly into Flagstaff and Prescott which are served by Regional Jet aircraft flown by major airlines. Flagstaff and Prescott are 45- and 90-minute drives to Sedona, respectively. There are limited frequencies per day and these cities are connected to a small number of larger airports / cities.
Also, remember that both Prescott and Flagstaff are both higher than above 7,000 ft above sea level and get significant amounts of snow from time to time from late Fall to Spring. Road closures between them and Sedona are not uncommon during Winter snow events.
Please see our website for what we do offer to both Pilots flying into Sedona and Visitors in general.

Sedona Car Rentals
(928) 282-2227
Sedona can be very busy on weekends, holidays, and during special events.
Spring and Fall are the most popular times of year for tourists to visit.
Planning ahead and reserving a car in advance is recommended at these times.
There are two automobile parking areas at the airport.
Airport Passenger Parking [Near the Terminal] – Reserved for travelers using the airport. Regular passenger vehicles may park for no charge during the day. Overnight parking fee is $10 per night. Certain vehicles, such as RVs may not be permitted in this lot. Please contact us for more information regarding vehicle restrictions (928) 282-1046. No camping is allowed.
Overlook Visitor Parking – [At the Edge of Airport Mesa] Designated for visitors enjoying the Sedona Airport Scenic Overlook and hiking from there. Regular passenger vehicles are subject to a $3 entry fee and that fee entitles that vehicle parking throughout the day. Overnight parking is not permitted. No camping is allowed.
The Red Rock Parking Pass is not valid for parking at the Airport.
