Ground Lease and Hangar Development

The Sedona-Oak Creek Airport Authority (SOCAA) is seeking Proposals from qualified companies on the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Ground Lease and Development of Hangars on a 2.97 Acre Parcel on the Sedona Airport. Proposals shall be due no later than June 26, 2026, at Noon, Local Time. The full RFP may be viewed at the link below.

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10am local time on May 6, 2026 at the Airport Terminal Building (235 Air Terminal Drive).
